Our workshop is purpose built for the repair of equine vehicles. From the smallest IFOR WILLIAMS horse trailer to the largest purpose built HGV horse transpoter, PAC has the facilities and expertise our clients rely upon.

All repairs are carried out by experienced engineers with extensive knowledge of equine vehicle transport requirements.

*Detailed pre purchase inspections can take 3-12 hours dependent upon vehicle size & complexity, and involves checking all the mechanical parts to VOSA standard, once passed the horse and living sections are checked including electrics, showers, entertainment systems and most importantly the vehicle's floor, ramps and roof.

Inspections can be arranged for all vehicle makes and models, including coach built such as:-

 

**We invest heavily in the latest diagnostic and fault finding equipment to pin point any problems in compliance with manufacturer guidelines. We can diagnose all sizes of lorries from 3.5 tonne to HGV horse lorries.

***Roof repairs are undertaken with specialist products of which some manufacturers give up to 10 year guarantees with a life expectancy of up to 35 years.

FLOORS & RAMPS - Often neglected as part of a vehicle check, but of major importance in the safe transportation of your animals. PAC will carry out a comprehensive structural integrity check of all vehicular areas of animal footfall and transportation spaces. We will advise our clients accordingly should any remedial work be necessary.

We have ongoing contracts with some of the biggest eventing and horse racing professionals in the UK, who rely upon PAC to fulfil their requirements whether in preparation for forthcoming competition or general maintenance.

PAC can refurbish any make & model of horse transporter, regardless of age and condition. Poorly maintained floors, a leaking roof, bodywork and paintwork, modifications and fabrication, engine rebuilds, ramp rebuilds and adjustments are all carried out on site.
